Luke Scott, chef and co-owner, trained in Broadstairs at Thanet College - now East Kent College.
As a newly trained Chef, he moved to London working in Browns. An opportunity came up to learn the art of sushi at the now well-known Feng-Sushi bar in Chelsea.
Luke returned to Kent, working first at Cafe Des Amis, Canterbury followed by a term at The Coastguard, in St Margaret's Bay .
Coming closer to home, Luke was second chef at The Royal Harbour Brasserie and Fish and Beer.
His passion is fresh fish and seafood as the menu illustrates - though a meat and vegetarian options are available.
